We process personal data in line with applicable UAE law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, and other privacy laws where they apply to you.

• Account and sign-in data: email address, name if provided, and authentication data needed to sign you in (for example via email or Google sign-in).
• Purchase data: package bought, selected countries, amount, currency, payment status and payment identifiers returned by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.
• Access and progress data: your purchased-country entitlements, active country and guide progress.
• Support data: support tickets and messages you send us, and our replies.
• Email data: records of transactional emails we send you (such as welcome and purchase emails).
• Technical and security logs: internal audit records and basic technical data needed to operate and secure the service.
• Visa Check / Visa Service data (only if you use these services): your answers about your situation and, for Visa Service where offered, the application information and documents you choose to provide (for example CV, passport copy or visa documents). We collect such documents only when you use a service that needs them.

If you submit the tourist visa enquiry form on our homepage, we collect:

• your selected Schengen destination;
• your planned arrival and departure dates;
• your nationality;
• your country and city of legal residence;
• your email address;
• your confirmation that the trip is exclusively for tourism.

No account or payment is required to submit an enquiry. We use this information exclusively to review your travel enquiry, determine whether we can offer our preparation service, and contact you by email.

Website enquiries are accessible only to authorised administrators and the technical service providers needed to operate the website. Website enquiry data is not shared with advertising platforms. Submitting a free enquiry does not send your travel answers to payment providers. If you separately choose to purchase our preparation service, Stripe processes the payment information you provide at checkout, the service amount and an internal order reference. Your nationality, residence details and travel dates are not sent to Stripe. We retain payment references and your service confirmation to verify the order and meet applicable accounting or legal obligations.

Declined enquiries and enquiries that do not result in a booking are kept for a maximum of 6 months after the last relevant interaction, then securely deleted or anonymised, unless a longer period is legally required. Accepted and paid cases may be subject to separate retention requirements.

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your enquiry information at any time by emailing info@euvisaguard.com, subject to applicable legal requirements.

We may advertise our Schengen tourist visa preparation service on Facebook and Instagram using Meta Instant Lead Forms. If you submit such a form, we receive:

• your full name, email address and phone number;
• your planned travel timeframe and purpose of travel;
• your UAE residence visa status and employment status;
• whether three months of bank statements are available to you;
• your confirmation of passport validity.

The form does not ask for your nationality, passport number, bank statements or any financial documents.

Meta's processing. The form is shown and submitted on Meta's platforms. Meta processes your use of Facebook and Instagram, including the form, under its own terms and privacy policy, and may retain the form submission under its own retention rules.

Our processing. VERO Business Services LLC receives your answers through Meta's lead tools. There is no automatic website database integration, email forwarding or CRM connection. Authorised staff access and process the leads manually through Meta's lead management tools, to assess whether our service may suit you and to contact you by email or phone about this service. We do not use lead data for other purposes and we do not sell it.

Leads within our control that do not lead to an enquiry or booking (or that are declined) are deleted from our records no later than six months after our last interaction with you, unless a longer period is legally required. Meta may apply its own retention rules to the original form submission on its platforms; we cannot delete data stored by Meta beyond the options Meta provides. If you go on to submit an enquiry or book our service, section 3 and the related retention rules apply. To request access, correction or deletion of your lead data, email info@euvisaguard.com.

• to create and secure your account and provide purchased content (contract);
• to process payments and keep accounting records (contract and legal obligation);
• to answer support requests and send transactional emails (contract);
• to keep the service secure, reliable and auditable (legitimate interest);
• to provide a Visa Check or Visa Service you request (contract);
• to respond to enquiries and lead form submissions you send us about our services;
• to measure site usage and advertising, only with your consent (consent).

We do not sell your personal data.

• Lovable Cloud (built on Supabase) — hosting, database, authentication and private file storage.
• Stripe — payment processing. Card details are entered directly with Stripe.
• Resend — delivery of transactional emails.
• Google, Microsoft, Meta, TikTok — only if you consent to analytics or marketing cookies (section 6). Meta also provides the Facebook and Instagram lead forms described in section 3a.

These providers may process data outside the UAE. Where this happens, we rely on the providers' contractual and security safeguards and transfer only what is needed to provide the service.

Essential storage needed for sign-in, security and remembering your cookie choice is always used. No analytics or marketing tools load before you make a choice in the cookie banner:

• Analytics (opt-in): Google Analytics 4 (G-ZVHNWGZFL4) and Microsoft Clarity (y56ququxdg) for aggregated usage statistics, heatmaps and session recordings. Form input is masked by default.
• Marketing (opt-in): Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel for advertising measurement.

Both are off by default and can be changed or withdrawn at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer. We do not intentionally send your email address, phone number, support messages, documents or payment identifiers to these tools.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections. Paid content and any documents are kept in private storage and accessed only after an access check. Authorised staff access data only for support, quality and troubleshooting, and such access is logged. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

We keep account, access and progress data while your account is active. Purchase and payment records are kept as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. Support messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request and related follow-up. Visa Check / Visa Service documents, where provided, are kept only as long as needed for that service and related legal obligations, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (section 9).

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting earlier processing). Email info@euvisaguard.com from your account email address so we can identify you. We will tell you what we can delete and what we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

Any Visa Check result is produced by rules applied to your answers. It is informational only and has no legal effect or official status.
