What data EU VISAGUARD collects, why, and who processes it.
1. Controller
VERO Business Services LLC, Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, UAE, operating EU VISAGUARD. Contact: info@euvisaguard.com.
2. Data we collect
- Questionnaire answers. The answers you enter about your situation (for example goal, nationality, destination country, qualification, language levels, employment status, financial means band). These are stored with your case record.
- Email address. Provided at checkout or when you request your case link, used to send your secure case link and purchase confirmation.
- Case access token. A random token in your personal case link, used instead of an account login.
- Assessment output. The generated assessment and the PDF snapshot created from it.
- Payment records. Payment status and identifiers returned by our payment provider.
- Feedback. Any message you voluntarily submit through the feedback form.
- Operational logs. Internal audit records of actions performed on cases, payments and content versions, used for integrity and troubleshooting.
3. Why we use it
To produce and display your pre-check assessment, to generate your PDF snapshot, to give you access to your case via your secure link, to process and confirm your purchase, to respond to your messages, and to keep the service technically reliable and auditable.
4. Processors we use
- Supabase — database, storage and backend infrastructure hosting your case data.
- Stripe — payment processing. Card data is entered on Stripe's side; we do not receive full card details.
- Lovable — application hosting and deployment.
5. Cookies, analytics and advertising measurement
No analytics or marketing tracking technologies are loaded before you make a choice in the cookie banner:
- Analytics (opt-in). Only after you accept the Analytics category, we load Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-ZVHNWGZFL4) to measure website usage such as pages viewed, and Microsoft Clarity (project ID y56ququxdg) to understand how pages are used through aggregated usage statistics, heatmaps and session recordings. Clarity runs only on this consent basis, is not linked to your case data, and is not intended to collect sensitive form content; form input is masked by default.
- Marketing (opt-in). Only after you accept the Marketing category, we load the Meta Pixel and the TikTok Pixel for advertising measurement.
Both categories are switched off by default and can be changed or withdrawn at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. Our implementation does not intentionally send any email address, phone number or external ID to these services, and no questionnaire answers, case tokens or payment identifiers are sent to them.
6. Access to your case
Your case is reached through the token in your personal link rather than a password. Anyone with that link can open the case, so please do not share it. Authorised internal staff can access case data for support, quality review and troubleshooting; such access is recorded in internal audit records.
7. Automated evaluation
The assessment is produced by a deterministic rule engine that compares your answers to route requirements in our dataset. It is informational and does not by itself produce any legal effect or official decision.
8. Storage and deletion
Case data is stored for as long as needed to provide access to your case and to keep records of purchases and system integrity. You can ask us to delete your case data by writing to info@euvisaguard.com. We will confirm what can be deleted and what must be retained for payment and accounting records.
9. Your requests
To ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion, contact info@euvisaguard.com. Please write from the email address associated with your case so we can identify it.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as the service changes. The version published on this page is the current one.
