By creating an account, making a purchase or using the website, you agree to these terms. Additional terms shown on a product or checkout page for a specific service also apply to that service.

These terms cover:

• WORK IN EUROPE · GUIDE — our current digital educational product (section 3).
• Europe Work Visa Pre-Check / Visa Check — a separate informational assessment, only where and when offered (section 4).
• Visa Support / Visa Service — a separate preparation and administrative assistance service, only where and when offered (section 5).
• Schengen Tourist Visa Preparation Assistance — a separate preparation service for short tourist trips to the Schengen area (section 5a).

Each is a separate product. Buying one does not include another unless the offer you purchase expressly says so.

The Guide is a digital information product. It contains a 14-step guide to preparing for work in Europe, country-specific materials (including downloadable country guides and vocabulary) and links to official sources.

Access tiers. The Guide is sold as Starter, Explorer and Europe Complete packages. Each package gives access to the main guide and to the number of countries stated at checkout. Your access covers only the countries included in the package you bought.

What the Guide is not. The Guide is not legal advice, immigration advice or representation, an employment placement or recruitment agency service, or a government service. We do not find you a job and we do not apply for visas or permits on your behalf.

No guarantee. We do not guarantee any job offer, employer response, salary, work permit, visa approval, entry into any country, or other outcome.

Information changes. Rules, requirements, fees and official links can change at any time. We aim to keep the content accurate but cannot guarantee it is complete or current. Always verify current requirements with the competent authority, embassy or consulate before acting.

Where offered, the Visa Check is a separate informational, checklist-style assessment of your document readiness, based only on the information you provide. It is not a visa decision and does not guarantee eligibility or approval. It does not replace review by an embassy, consulate or immigration authority. Country rules and authority requirements may change. You are responsible for giving truthful, accurate and complete information; incomplete or incorrect answers will produce an inaccurate result.

Where offered, this is a preparation and administrative assistance service only. VERO is not a government authority, embassy, consulate or immigration law firm, and has no power to issue, approve or speed up any visa or permit. Decisions are made solely by the competent authorities.

• We do not guarantee visa approval or any processing time.
• You remain responsible for the truthfulness and completeness of all information and documents you provide.
• Where an application must be submitted by you personally, through an official portal, or through an authorised third party (such as a visa centre or typing centre), we will tell you, and that party's own terms and fees apply.
• Unless an offer expressly says otherwise, our service fee is separate from government, embassy, visa centre, typing centre or other third-party fees.
• The exact scope, price and inclusions of the service are those stated on the product or checkout page for the service you purchase.

Scope. For an accepted tourist trip, we prepare the completed application information, a personalised document checklist and a completeness review of the documents you provide.

What we do not do. You submit the application personally. EU VISA GUARD does not book or guarantee visa appointments, does not issue visas, does not represent any embassy, consulate or visa centre, and does not guarantee visa approval or processing times.

Enquiry, acceptance and payment. You first send a free enquiry; this is not a booking and creates no payment obligation. We review it and tell you by email whether we accept it. Only after acceptance can you pay the service fee, and preparation starts after payment.

Fee. The regular service fee is AED 599. The current discounted fee is AED 479 (20% off). Embassy, consulate and visa-centre fees, travel insurance, translations and other third-party costs are not included and are paid separately by you.

You need an account to access purchased content. Keep your login details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, transferred or sold.

All content (texts, guides, country PDFs, vocabulary, design) belongs to VERO or its licensors and is protected by copyright. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use purchased content for your own preparation. You may download and print it for personal use. You may not copy, redistribute, publish, resell, share account access, or use the content to provide a commercial service to others.

Prices, currency and any applicable taxes are as displayed at checkout before you pay. Payments are one-time (no subscription) and are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.

Digital content (the Guide). The Guide is digital content made available immediately after payment. By completing your purchase you request immediate access. Once access has been granted, a purchase is generally not refundable for a change of mind or because a job, visa or other outcome was not achieved.

Services not yet performed. For a service (such as a Visa Check or Visa Service) that has been paid for but not yet started, you may request cancellation by contacting us; refund eligibility and any deduction for work already done are stated on the relevant product or checkout page.

Schengen preparation service. You may cancel before we start your personalised preparation by contacting us, and we will refund the fee paid in full. Once preparation work has started, refunds are assessed according to the work already performed, the service agreement and applicable mandatory consumer protection rights. A refund is not automatically excluded merely because work has begun. We do not promise a visa outcome, and refunds are not linked to a visa being granted or refused.

Your statutory rights. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, including where content or a service is defective, materially not as described, or not provided. To raise a problem or request a refund, contact info@euvisaguard.com with your account email and order details. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method.

Support helps you understand and use the product you purchased. Support is not legal representation and is not an authority decision. Answers are informational and do not guarantee any outcome.

You may not circumvent access controls, automate bulk access or scraping, misuse support, upload unlawful content, or present our content as an official or legally binding determination.

Our content and services are informational. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for decisions you make, costs you incur, or the outcome of any job search or application. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.

We may update, correct or temporarily suspend the website or content. We may change these terms; the version published on this page applies from its publication date. Changes do not reduce access to content you have already purchased.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you.
